About Dr. Sarit Hovav
Board Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Hovav graduated from medical school (like all physicians who afterward choose their intended specialty) and received her M.D. with Honors.
Dr. Hovav completed 7 years of post-graduate training after medical school (Internal Medicine training at Mount Sinai-Beth Israel, a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at UCLA, and Psychiatry residency training). She has a deep knowledge of the biological, psychological, and social components of mental illness and has further experience in clinical research and examining data in medical journals.
She received Diplomate status from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, so you are getting the most educated and expert care in brain/mental health disorders.
About Dr. Heather Hauck
Board Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Hauck graduated from the Uniformed Services University and received her M.D. She completed Psychiatry residency at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA and Addiction Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Colorado. She has practiced general psychiatry in both inpatient and outpatient settings and practiced addiction psychiatry across all levels of care including in opioid treatment programs.
She received Diplomate status from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both general and addiction psychiatry, so you can be confident in her expertise. She is also a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association with recognized dedication to patient care and the profession of psychiatric medicine.
