Telehealth & Treatment

All visits at Lifetime Insight are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. Services include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.

Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911.

Appointments

  • Initial evaluations: approximately 55 minutes
  • Follow-up visits: 10–45 minutes depending on clinical need
  • Ongoing patients are seen at least once every 3 months to maintain care

All visits are by appointment only.

Insurance & Payment

Lifetime Insight accepts BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna. Self-pay rates are available for patients without in-network coverage. For complete rate information, please see our Financial Policies page.

Payment is due at the time of service. A valid credit card must remain on file.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 business hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged to the card on file. See our Financial Policies page for applicable fees.

Prescriptions & Controlled Substances

Refills are processed within 2–3 business days and cannot be guaranteed on an urgent basis.

Patients prescribed controlled medications (stimulants, benzodiazepines, sleep agents) may be required to have regular follow-up visits and periodic drug screening. Prescriptions must be filled in the patient’s home state unless pre-approved.

Undisclosed prescribing by other providers may result in dismissal from the practice.

Communication

All clinical communication occurs through our secure patient portal. Responses to messages and calls typically occur within one business day.

Text messaging may be used for scheduling support only and is not HIPAA-secure. This practice does not provide emergency services.

Practice Policies

Respectful communication is required at all times. Patients may be discharged from the practice for repeated no-shows, outstanding balances, inappropriate behavior, or failure to maintain follow-up care. When possible, patients will receive notice and assistance with care transition.

Office policies may be updated periodically. The most recently signed agreement governs active care.
